Instructions*
Rental periods are for a minimum of 60 days. Artist may not vacate prior to 60 days. All artwork must be rotated at 60 days, no exceptions. Any piece that is sold must be replaced immediately. GOTG reserves the right to charge a late fee of 10% of rent after the 3rd of the month. Artist agrees to keep all areas clean and safe. Artist will refrain from adding any equipment or signage without prior permission. GOTG retains the right to refuse any artwork. GOTG does not provide any insurance for art or artist. Artist may terminate rental with 30 days notice in writing. Artist agrees to provide all information, photos, and marketing materials necessary to exhibit, market, and promote artwork. Artist agrees to cooperate fully with other artists, to communicate any grievances with the management in writing, and to present and promote fine art in a professional manner. GOTG agrees to promote exhibits in print, on the internet, and in social media.

Galleries On The Go (GOTG) and agents will care for and respect the artist's works while in their possession. The undersigned acknowledges and hereby and forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless GOTG, its agents, and members from any loss or damage to the artist's property while in possession of or under the supervision of GOTG and its sponsors. The undersigned's signature is consent to the enforcement of all instructions and requirements of the sponsor and / or host as stated on the instructions. Applicant certifies that all information provided is true and correct.
