Description
I am an engineer and BIM/VDC Manager for a construction company in Tampa, Florida. My work involves coordinating 3D computer models of mechanical systems within the building models.
I am also a professional photographer specializing in sports, landscape, travel, wildlife and architectural photography. My brother-in-law is a mineral dealer and I helped him guide tour groups on excursions collecting minerals throughout South Africa, Madagascar and Namibia. This gave me the opportunity to discover the many beautiful vistas in these countries, especially Namibia.
I used my experiences and friendships there to begin offering photo safaris throughout Namibia.
This image is the cheetah is stalking its prey. The cheetah is the fastest land animal and can reach speeds up to 65mph. Their tails are a wind foil which aids in their balance when quickly changing directions. Interestingly enough, the cheetah can only chase its prey for 15 seconds before it is completely exhausted.
