Sara has been painting for over 30 years, has served as a consultant to the Board of Directors for business and resident relations to the City of Clearwater. Mullins served as a consultant to municipalities, corporate entities, and non-profits in public art, arts advocacy, and artist’s affairs. Ms. Mullins coordinated the committee for public art for The Town of Indian Shores, resulting in the installation of a monument dedicated to Florida indigenous people. Now located in Tiki Gardens, the monument is built on a 40′ plaza with educational kiosks for visitors to learn more about the Tocobaga people. While the people no longer exist as a group, they have assimilated into the Seminole Tribe. More information here: Tocobaga Monument
