ARTIST STATEMENT:

I always have wanted to be involved in fine arts. After 2 years at the Wisconsin School as an art major, I decided to go to Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida, where I received a BFA. After graduation I did various things with my education, but eventually it all lead to my present-day paintings. With these paintings I try and capture the mysteries and excitement of life, with wonderful dancing colors. After I start a new painting, I get lost in the colors and shapes… it almost paints itself.
