Betsy Ore Glass became an artist after a 30-year in advertising and broadcasting in Virginia. Enjoying contributing as a freelance photographer for several Newpapers on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, she renewed her love of nature. Taking those photos and writing about them became a weekly Newpaper and internet column named “Reflections by the Sea.” Delving deeper, she used her photography as references for her paintings. Preferring pastel as her medium of choice, her work is in the home of many collectors and is shown in many art venues. Her first book titled “Reflections by the Sea” will be coming out.
